The view everyone wishes they had, at 5,000 feet elevation in The Reserve at Sugar Mountain. This is one of the few condos in the development with a truly unobstructed view. While most condos in The Reserve overlook each other and sit above the road below, this one looks straight out over layered Blue Ridge mountains with nothing in your line of sight. Step inside to an open design with high ceilings throughout, and there it is: the view. The living room centers on a vented gas stone fireplace with a wood mantel, and the kitchen opens to the living and dining areas with an eating bar, stainless appliances, and generous cabinet storage. The primary bedroom enjoys the same massive view and opens to the deck, and the primary bath offers a double-sink vanity and tiled shower. The second bedroom is light and bright, and natural light carries throughout. Then there's the deck: deep, wide, and spanning the full width of the condo — morning coffee, evening wine, string lights overhead, and miles of sky in front of you. This is where you'll spend your time. Offered furnished. Short-term rentals are permitted, though the sellers have never rented. Internet is included in the quarterly HOA fee. Minutes to skiing, tennis, and golf at Sugar Mountain, the shops and dining of Banner Elk, and world-class hiking throughout the High Country.
